Yes there are campaign commercials for the Supreme Court

I’ve actually seen another one recently that’s REALLY well done. It has the whole listening and nodding visuals like you see in campaign commercials all the time. They had these for Kavavnaugh too I think.

It makes me want to vomit, but if it's money they want to spend, then there's no legal or ethical (moral?) wrongdoing that I see.

They are shaping her brand. Hoping this solidifies the image THEY want to project in the mind of Americans. Some call-to-action here to get those motivated to call/write their senators to swiftly confirm. That then feeds the Republican message machine for "we've had a groundswell of support for her."

The ad implies testimonials, but obviously those are actor voice overs. Propaganda.

Have Democarts done this with SC nominees? Or is this campaign-style "sell" a recent Republican tactic?
