imagine Biden advocating adding seats to the Supreme Court, but I pray that the Dems would end the judicial filibuster and grant statehood for DC and Puerto Rico. Those 3 acts would go a long way!

The Supreme Court is still 9 Justices, yet population is about what - 10 times its 1860 size?

Plus the Court rejects so many cases, takes so long to rule on important cases. They tell you one thing then rule the other way and call it the first way. They respect precedent but barely adhere to it as they rule on something similar.

Robert Reich, as usual, is right. Divided, rotating power would end logjams, power grabs, and all the money thrown at the Supreme Court.

Democrats have to run with this ball! No one else is going to do it. Republicans are happy with suppression of the majority to suit their own wallets.
