1. With the Youtube you wish to play on the screen
2. Start then IMMEDIATELY stop the YouTube video
3. Look at the bottom of the YouTube window for the little gear (setup icon) to the left of the word YouTube
4. Click on the icon to open the settings.
5. Select the Playback Speed.... click on the Normal > to open the speed dropdown
6. Select 0.5 (half speed). Actually 0.75, 0.50, or 0.25 is your choice.
7. Click the start ARROW to restart the video.

This is for YouTubes only as far as I know.

I learn this trick to use it for watching fly tying videos. When learning a new fly.
