2. Righties are trying to say this is no different that when Barbara Boxer objected to Bush's EC votes

I'm thinking there's a huge difference. For one thing you didn't have John Kerry claiming to have won the election and refusing to concede. Also, Barbara Boxer was just one of a few people making a check on democracy, not a large group of butt-hurt republicans following their master's desire to do everything possible to overturn an election. What else makes it different?
