I remember reading that is why evolutionary adaptation to lower direct sunlight levels resulted in lighter skinned people populating northern climates.

Are before their times. They’ve had me on D3 for decades. It’s a hard sell to my family, though. Maybe this video will help.

It will help for the family. D3 is a necessary supplement (barring any medical conditions blocking a daily dose) for everyone.

Husband, not so much. My daughter likes to tell me that it can’t be right if it’s just my docs, who are probably hippies. I have no idea where she gets her ideas or why being a hippy doc would be a bad thing. But now that there’s a video, they may be right.
