its is not up to the Congress to direct that manner. In every court challenge last count 64 only one was overturned. Pa. disingenuous bullshit about the legislation did not even pass the small test with the laws passed and the way the primary election was conducted previously. The Republican in Pa objected to an election process that saw themselves elected. They claim that their SOS didn’t have the authority because she was not elected, but gave her the authority to conducted it. It was unprecedented to have that many people object to the election, the purpose was to overturn the vote.
