Often all of those.

Wild legal theories, conspiracies, bordering on delusion. They love to sue people who have slighted them for revenge or just to try to scam them. They like to think of themselves as feudal lords.

You know like that pig Trump but not as rich.

I grew up with several of them in my small town.

I worked with one of these nuts who never filed taxes because he claimed that the IRS had no legal authority to collect taxes. He eventually went to prison for it.

They claim that a Sherriff is the only legal law enforcement in this country through another crazy interpretation of the Constitution.

Like this guy they revel in their supposed superior knowledge of the law. The court has to be sure that they handle this correctly, thus the initial confusion. They do not get very many dedicated sovereign citizens. I would bet good money that this guy will not be laughing for long!

Same with the dude who was an insurance agent.

My neighbor two doors down was one, owned his own body shop but he was never militant about it.

He got sell his business and retire.

But no, maybe he can have the judge arrested. Interesting view of court procedure. 😂

Trinity County California is one of the reddest places in America. Filled with whacked out survivalists and dope growers. Lucky for us the total population is only about 10,000. Not surprised by this at all...
