Monologue: Back to Normal

Bill recaps the top stories of the week, including a surge in vaccine distribution and signs of a return to pre-Covid life.

David Shor on Woke vs. Liberal Democrats

Data scientist David Shor tells Bill Maher why the "brand" of the Democratic Party may not always align with the values of its voters.

Reframed Classics

Bill shares woke pre-movie warnings for "problematic" content in some acclaimed classic films.

New Rule: Equality of Outcomes

Bill explores the woke philosophy of “equality of outcomes,” and how it plays into an increasingly vapid, entitled, famous-for-nothing culture.

Here's a "bootleg" version of the show which includes the entire interview with data scientist David Shor (4:57), panel discussion with Reason Editor-at-Large Nick Gillespie and former Senator Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) (14:45), and complete New Rules (48:54). It won't last long, as usual:

I particularly liked the initial interview, he's only in his 20s and worked for Obama in 2012! And Heidi Heitkamp, of course. And I was glad they included Bill's weekly "funny bit." He is a comedian, after all.
