2. I took a three day trip through the mountains in parts of WV, VA, MD,

and PA. You would not believe the number of "Stop the War on
Coal Fire Obama" signs I saw (paid for by Bob Murray I suspect). I saw few signs actually supporting Romney anywhere except in Virginia there were loads of Romney and Allen signs there. Obama signs and bumper stickers here are pretty scarce.

their clothes are clean and pressed.

4. I have been saying that the "clean coal" ads should be declared political ads

because of the disdain in the voice ofthe announcer who says tell Obama and HIS EPA to top regulating coal.

5. There is no such thing as "clean coal".

The way they propose a "clean" power plant is to pump the smoke into underground caverns. You are shifting the pollution into the ground where it will create a 100% toxic environment that will pollute ground water.

BTW: There is no power plant that actually does this.

Besides, you can only pump it in for so long before the back pressure kicks in. What happens then? It ruptures a weak point and escapes.

6. "I LIKE COAL"

Willard, who but a political HO would make such a WRONG and EVIL statement and try to sell it like it was patriotic? Then we find corps like Murry trade on fear and shake downs of their employees on a regular basis...wait a second, is Murry et al breaking the LAW?

7. Does anyone remember the EST (ie, promotion requirement) sessions from the 70's and early 80's?

EST means Erhard Seminars Training, and it was basically a "don't worry, be happy, fuck the employees and customers, but take care of your own interests and those of other Republicans" cult. The company I worked for at the time would not promote anyone who hadn't (at their own expense) attended the seminars and actually made us outcasts. Those that were brainwashed by it were essentially useless on all levels. It was illegal then. It's illegal now. Yet none of these assholes have been prosecuted for it.

If you wanted to get ahead in that company, all you had to do was sit through the seminars (at your expense) and give the boss a blow job when he wanted it (very male-centric company - actually, there weren't any female managers at any level).

That's what the coal dude reminds me of. If you want to keep your job, spend your money how I tell you to.
