That is the issue in a nutshell. Sure, they picked on Clinton cause he is a Democrat. But, they didn't take a vow to be the party of NO on the eve of his inauguration. I think that is the difference. If Obama was white they would keep the vitriol focused on the policies not the man. In Obama's case it is clear they are focusing on him rather than policy since every time he compromises and uses one of their ideas AKA ObamaCare AKA the ACA, they do an about face and attack the idea(not really, it's Obama). I didn't see that kind of thing with Clinton.
