2. The difference being that the US never denied

its actions against Native Americans. From colonial times through the 19th century land hungry settlers and immigrants wanted the Indians gone. Nothing could stand in the way of the westward expansion. The nation was proud of its Manifest Destiny.

I think the number of Native Americans that were killed by the U.S. Gov't's and its citizens genocide was FAR greater than Hitler or any other countries regime.
