(13,912 posts)And how much you want to bet they fold them back into the "new" elections equipment they have to buy. Or say they don't have the money to buy new machines... They will come up with something to block this order... YMMV

(21,362 posts)but the Main Point that I took away from Rachel's segment wasn't the failure to follow proper election audit procedure, it is that there have been multiple federal election law violations happening in the sham audit, where the hell is the DOJ? If there are no consequences, and the state having to purchase new equipment isn't a consequence for the Qanon company, they will simply move to other states and do the same damn thing. Also, the SOS, a Democrat, in Arizona, stated that she may have to rule that the voting equipment has been compromised and can't be used in future elections. My question is, since she has been already told this by the cyber division of the Department of Homeland Security, why doesn't she make that declaration now? Nothing is going to change in the future that will allow the voting equipment to be used in future elections.
I can't post any more or I will get in trouble.

I still don't understand how the AZ Senate could contravene election security and give citizen's ballots to the Cyber Grifters.
How is the legal? DOJ, are you preparing a case?
