She will say she did not know. Apparently the scheme was that a third party (A company) paid a PAC tied to Collins to offset the cost of campaign donations. Until it can proven that Collins or her campaign orchestrated the whole thing, all it will lead to are fines for the PAC. That is another reason why we somehow need to pass the campaign reform act to cut off these shadowy pac fundings.
