There will be someone in a black robe to mimic a judge in the shot.

The photo will go out into the universe and I SWEAR some Americans will believe it to be a real inauration ceremeony. "I saw it with my own eyes!!!!" Maybe even MSM show it to debunk it, but it doesn't matter, the VISUAL is amplified.
