It seems to me the right wing media will attack anything that questions the legitimacy of the white patriarchy.

"Critical race theory" is just a buzz word, like "socialism." They have no clue in the world what it might eoncompass or how it might be explored. All they hear is "you might be wrong about something!" and they freak out. All change terrifies them, and maybe some day changing one of their opinions is the most terrifying thing of all.

So they have no clue what it is beyond a scary sounding phrase. They don't know what it means and they don't want to know what it means, it's just SCARY and it needs to go away! Make it STOP! Big scary words make wingnut brains hurt!

Personally, I'm all for exploring it in the schools, but I suggest we call it what it is, HISTORY.

Maybe the kids won't be so bored with it if we talk about something besides boring rich white guys and the dates they did something stupid, like start wars.

It's reich wing buzzword of the month. Since it doesn't have much "boogieman" impact, it will be gone before the Summer ends and they'll be off to something else their pea brains don't get.

Those are the most realistic talking puppets I have ever seen. Almost life like. The lack of a humanoid brain is a giveaway though.
