What the guy is saying is very true, except for the statement of it being the biggest évacuation of history. By my knowledge, that title still belongs to the 'Wonder of Dunkerque', where, at the beginning of WW2, over 100.000 allied forces were evacuated under 72 hours to escape Hitlers Blitzkrieg while being pinched by the Nazi forces on the beaches of Dunkerque.
