Anti Maskers Are Terrorizing School Boards Across The Country - Ring of Fire

Across the country, anti-maskers have been attending school board meetings in order to terrorize members, causing resignations and sending threats to the members who are just trying to keep children safe. One Republican candidate in Pennsylvania has gone as far as to call for "20 strong men" to help him remove the entire school board from power. This violence and anger has got to stop before it escalates any further, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Last year all the kids wore masks, they were mandated throughout the state - and not just in schools, but to enter any business - grocery, pharmacy, gas station, bank, etc., and it was enforced. And I'd see the kids getting off the school buses and even the little ones were all wearing masks. However, just in time for the tourist season and the Delta variant, the mask mandate was rescinded at the beginning of July. Now, only the unvaccinated are required to wear masks to enter any business - the signs now say they're using "the honor system" and we know how well that works. So I'm wondering if we're going to now see maskholes, which we didn't last year. The kids were fine with it since everyone wore masks, but all we need is a few parents to spoil things. This county already has the highest positive test percentage in the state and there were enough outbreaks which caused several schools to close down for periods last year.

Like we've seen in other states. I went to a family funeral two weeks ago and I was a little nervous about it, though it was just the mass in the church and a trip to the cemetery afterwards, no gathering afterwards like there usually is. But even though the church was quite full, every single person was masked - including the boy who sat right in front of me who couldn't have been older than five. I was impressed with how good he was and he was obviously used to the mask - he had a smaller one that fit his small face. I'm guessing that he had masks made especially for him.

but my buddy is a substitute teacher, so I'll know if there is. I can't see how there won't be.

He says all kinds of teachers and board members are worried but there was no public meeting to discuss masking or vax mandates. They didn't want to face a mob of ignorant, angry, disease spreading COVIDiots. They know many that support them won't show up because of COVID risk.

Next weekend is our big rodeo. No talk of cancelling like last year, and it's way riskier this year. I think they might be disappointed by the turnout.

Just about 40 miles away they cancelled Lumberjack Days at Orofino. The people on the board there are being attacked viscously. It's amazing. Who do they think is on that board? It's all locals in business or the timber industry. Their hospital is slammed. It's one of the most heavily infected counties in the country.

loons who are organizing to end mask requirements in the local school system. Sadly, my GF works there. They already managed to get an event cancelled because they threatened to crash it. The crazies are finding their power and they are loving it. I'm hoping for at least a couple ironic Covid deaths in that crowd to cut the legs out from under them before they can spread more illness to those that are not actively pursuing it.

Remember the report saying white supremacists were leading the anti mask charge in some places? They want members of school boards and such to quit so they can replace them with their own Nazis.
