I love John Heilemann..but I would not discount the law suits brought by several organizations

Including the ACLU, the DNC, NAACP, GA has 6 law suits alone including one from the DOJ

Rather than choosing the best candidates, they have to resort to cheating and restricting voting to "win" any office, including at the national level.
