Tennessee parent Michael Miller, who was harassed outside of a school board meeting after supporting a temporary order that requires children to wear masks, says his son has tested positive for Covid-19 after sending his child back to school in person.

Talibangelicals have made their political push for power starting at the grassroots level, which is school boards for decades now. They have been very effective at filling all those down ballot positions with their activists.

3. Over the years I have had some clients tell me how to do my job or how their case

should go. I would ask them what they did for a living. If they said something like welder or whatever, something I had no background in, I would ask them to picture me coming to your shop and tell you how to weld. Then I ask them, what would you think of what I had to say? They invariably say that I didn’t know what I was talking about.

That’s when I would lower the boom. I would tell them that I have had 4 years of undergrad, 3 years of law school and clerking jobs, and 30 plus years practicing law but you feel comfortable enough to say you know better than I do as to how this works. It shut them up every time!

Doctors need to get tough with these people and point out the harm they are doing to themselves, other people they infect, other patients who need care, and the medical personnel who have to sacrifice and risk their own lives to care for these selfish, ignorant bastards! I would remind them every single time I came in their room that it didn’t have to come to this!
