2. That court cannot manufacture global standing through Texas, which cannot manufacture standing.

There is so much wrong with standing in this law, that a loss to the DOJ by SCOTUS will get those conservative justices laughed off the face of the Earth. Texas leaves them absolutely no choice but to hang with the AG who they know rightfully should be ON that court.
