As the insurrection cases continue to work their way through the court system, approximately 10% of those charged in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol have now entered guilty pleas, with the first insurrection case set to go to trial on October 18.

3. I know it is a complicated process but this has to be the most documented Lynch mob in history.

Why has prosecuting it all moved so very slowly? Why are so many getting off with so little?

They came there intending to shut down and destroy Congress. Many are on record in their own words to this effect.

4. I suspect the DOJ wants absolutely airtight cases.

The worst that could happen is that the first few cases are either thrown out, or found not guilty for some technicality.
