GOP Candidate Foresees Election Loss And Pre-Blames Fraud - Rachel Maddow - MSNBC

Rachel Maddow points out that Larry Elder, the Republican candidate for California governor in the recall election to supplant Gavin Newsom has published a web page that not only concedes defeat in an election that hasn't happened yet but blames fraud for the future loss and threatens turning to the "ammo box" to address the matter. one step further by calling for violence right from the start.

We all knew the Big Lie would be repeated ad nauseum by right-wing losers, but Elder is raising the stakes right up front.

These people are totally despicable, but at least he's telegraphed the Big Lie up front. They can't keep going to this dried up well anymore.

None of the media can allow this to go unchallenged. What scumbags!

And what qualifications does a radio host have to serve as governor of our largest state, anyway?? Of course, we somehow ended up with an unqualified and obnoxious game show host as POTUS for four years - and we know how that turned out...

gave us a divorced "B" list actor to run on family values and honesty. We all know how the saga of Ronnie Rayguns turned out.

Iran-contra, massive deficits, and too many indicted administrators to count. He was a freaking disaster for this country, but the vast, right-wing group of lunatics elevated him to sainthood.

They demonstrated in the 80s what believing delusions was all about, and they haven't slowed down a bit since.

In 1964. Which reignited the "states rights" efforts in the South - which still exist today.

not one Republican challenging Biden's win is questioning their own win while on the SAME ballot that was counted by the SAME equipment.

And they need to bring it up more often - like every single time any nut job challenges Joe Biden's 7-million vote win.

After the better part of a year! At this point the only ones who can possibly still support this are those whose only intention is to cause disruption and trouble for the Democrats.

The national party needs to get all the battlegrounds on the same page with these same two messages about the vote count accusation stupidity & the recount costs -- the state candidates should run with these as well exposed problems that should be presented as Republicans' dangerous mental problems -- arguments that could rile voters to get out at every level in 2022.

Voting was complicated enough at all levels, but now they're attempting to "win" by confusion - insisting they won no matter what.

Chump knew he was going to lose the election probably 5 or 6 months ahead. I'll bet he knew as soon as he saw the polls after Joe Biden became our Nominee.

Chump tried like hell to suppress the Democratic voters and hampered the US Postal Service so that mailed ballots couldn't be delivered and counted on time. He got "red" states to close polling places in higher density of population. Why - to make it harder for the poorer, minority Democratic voters to exercise their legal right to vote. Chump was talking about "voter fraud" even last summer, long before the election took place. He was already sowing the seeds of discontent and insurrection, and we all saw how that turned out.

Larry Elder is just following the pattern set by Chump last year. This is the pattern for EVERY Repuke candidate from now on, until something is done to stop it.
