this is a national emergency. The President should declare a 'national emergency' to quell that pandemic.

Everyone who works with the public must be vax'd.

People who refuse must be advised to avoid public areas.

Special hours for shopping for people who refuse to be vax'd, for example, 6:00am to 9:00am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

No one unvax'd allowed to enter school buildings, which include college and university level.

No unvax'd person allowed to enter venues containing large numbers of people, such as sporting events and theaters.

Seems like right now we still are having a debate whether covid is a threat to our people and the economy. We are way past that. It is not an opinion if hospitals are full and medical staff/supplies are stressed.

..... remember the full details of the triaged categories. But it comes down to this

1. walking wounded. 2. Wounded that could still fight (hold a gun and a position) 3. Those that would not survive 4. KIA

Treatment for each category.
1. minor medical care
2. Stop bleeding administer morphing injectables
3. Morphine while supplies lasted and last rights
4. Gather the dog tags

This was the triage standard in Vietnam as I remember them during 1965-1969

One final point the Tet Offensive was launched and fought between these dates January 31, 1968 – September 23, 1968

U.S. and South Vietnamese casualties numbered 12,727, including more than 2,600 fatalities. Although U.S. commanders generally held a low opinion of the Army of the Republic of South Vietnam (ARVN), South Vietnamese soldiers fought with bravery and tenacity during the Tet Offensive. This was especially true during the battle for Hue, where ARVN troops and U.S. Marines liberated the city after engaging in some of the fiercest close-quarters combat of the war. The South Vietnamese government reported that 7,721 civilians were killed in the fighting during the offensive, while an additional 18,516 were wounded. Throughout the country, some 75,000 homes were damaged or destroyed. More than 670,000 people were declared refugees, raising the total number of internally displaced persons in South Vietnam to some 1.5 million.
