OP
I've read about showing the pictures of the horse and owner for a couple of weeks now.

I was wondering how these idiots manage to get horse medicine from a vet without a horse

I think that the Aggies at the vet school have cornered the local market on Ivermectin.

So I asked someone who has horses and she said that a vet prescription isn't necessary, that people can get it in farm supply stores. And it does make sense that some of those with access to it would try to cash in. I saw an interview with a farm supply store owner on the news and he said he had trouble getting it now, let alone keeping it in stock. Of course, why anyone would think that horse dewormer would be useful in treating a global virus that's affecting - and killing - humans is a mystery to me.
