Police and firefighters get sued after kicking a disabled man in the head.

1. The fireman kicking the man's head

is a former MMA fighter. He is probably wearing steel toed shoes. In MMA it is illegal to kick a fighter in the head when they are on the ground and for a very good reason.

He should be brought up on charges of aggravated battery. The cops should have arrested him on the spot.
