BTW, I once saw him live in concert early on, 1979 or 1980, since he performed in the gym at the University of Vermont! My brother was in school there at the time and he invited me! He did numerous encores and I remember that in such a small venue, I was hearing impaired for a couple of days... And of course it was a great concert, nobody wanted to see it end.
