The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's case has ruled in favor of the defense once again. This time by going after the victims.

1. Makes a mountain out of a molehill

The judge didn't say that the defense could call them "arsonists" (etc.). He said that if evidence was presented that they were... then the defense could call them that.

"Victim", OTOH, implies that the defendant is presumed guilty already. Lots of judges would disallow that.

Those who want to complain have to face the simple truth that our criminal justice system intentionally favors criminal defendants. That's the way that it's supposed to be.
