And it's not just Australia, we keep hearing instances of mail being held up nationally. I placed a regular order last month which usually takes a week or so to arrive. When it didn't come, I finally checked to see if I messed something up, turns out that I'd placed my order exactly a month before. It finally arrived the next day.

Due to the country wide lockdown there are greatly restricted flights to Australia. Other countries are having issues with shipments to Australia due to that as well. From the Canadapost website:
