(12,504 posts)I don't recall playing a political video twice.
Watching the pedo-enabler squirm once is good, but on replay the pain in his body language was just delicious.

(81,322 posts)Hes just trying the stuffing tactic in sparring - where youre jabbingjabbingjabbing on top of more jabbing to keep em busy, as our old sparring teacher would shout. Keep em busy! Wear em down! Wear em out. Even with the staccato ums and repetitive burbling sentence starts.
Well, with at least a shrewd canny Democrat like Raskin in the video, that wont work.

(70,516 posts)'You f**king did this': Cheney rips Jim Jordan after Capitol riot
Anderson Cooper 360
A new book details a phone call between Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Gen. Mark Milley the day after the Capitol insurrection, in which Cheney told Milley what she experienced on the House floor on January 6, including a run-in with Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), a staunch Trump ally in the House who feverishly tried to overturn the election.

Any member of Congress who worked for and supported the violent coup to overturn the election
needs to be removed from Congress.

Jim Jordan vs Jamie Raskin on the law and Congressional procedures is not a fair fight. from wiki
Descended from Russian Jewish immigrants, Jamin Ben Raskin was born in Washington, D.C. on December 13, 1962, to Barbara (née Bellman) Raskin and Marcus Raskin. His mother was a journalist and novelist, and his father was a former staff aide to President John F. Kennedy on the National Security Council, co-founder of the Institute for Policy Studies, and a progressive activist. Raskin graduated from Georgetown Day School in 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1983. In 1987, he received a J.D. degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Raskin was a constitutional law professor at American University Washington College of Law for over 25 years, where he taught future fellow impeachment manager Stacey Plaskett. He co-founded and directed the LL.M. program on law and government and co-founded the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. From 1989 to 1990, Raskin also served as general counsel for Jesse Jackson's National Rainbow Coalition. In 1996, he represented Ross Perot over Perot's exclusion from the 1996 United States presidential debates. Raskin wrote a Washington Post op-ed that strongly condemned the Federal Election Commission and the Commission on Presidential Debates for their decisions.

(6,182 posts)And Brian Cohen's analysis is brutal.
I loved the end where Raskin yields back the remainder of his time, leaving Jordan chest deep in the quicksand of his own making.

(6,636 posts)So grateful that Raskin is on the case.
All Gym can do is gish-gallop, a string of loud but irrelevant arguments. And Raskin skillfully did not allow it.

(9,760 posts)I love Raskin, and the host(?), Cohen, makes great truthful points, but I didn't see Jordan acknowledging any of his own BS. Just continuous pompous, hypocritical, dishonest prattle from him.

(13,118 posts)He talks TOO much and his voice irritates me.
His narrative is twice as long as the actual video.
The title is basically click bait making this especially annoying.
