U.S. Economy Added 531,000 New Jobs In October (CNN)

The Department of Labor has released their jobs report for October, showing that the U.S. economy added 531,000 new jobs last month bringing the unemployment rate to 4.6 percent. NBC's Stephanie Ruhle reports on what factors could have played into these gains.
