It is simple really, do this or America is gone and many of us will be killed, imprisoned etc. Eliot Rosewater Nov 2021 #1
They really should have had a plan before issuing the subpoenas. But, it is new ground. Hoyt Nov 2021 #2

Yes, it is already way past time. “Inherent Contempt” authority is perfectly legal, and though it has not been used since the 1920s, it’s up to the House of it wants to use it again,

DOJ and the courts take too long. These people need to forced to sit before the House and answer questions or face serious consequences.

Congress should not have to ask a wholly different branch of government to enforce their subpoenas. Congress is co-equal to Executive Branch, where DoJ resides.

Do it.

No fucking shit. Somebody. Anybody. Haul someone to Congress or jail.

Really, though, I believe the state of Georgia will do us all a favor again and indict the Trump gang on RICO charges for trying to intimidate Georgia election officials to commit election fraud. That’s a charge that’ll stick.

And also, the whole fraud whine was a scam, raking in millions for the Grifter-in-Chief. He never misses a chance to fleece his followers.
