The same ol, same ol, THERE IS REALLY NOTHING TO CONSIDER, HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED MONTHS AGO. However, he was president at the time so, in the spirit of good ol slow poke Garland, you have to ponder, "can you charge a sitting president with a crime?" He was the president at the time. Robert Mueller says yes. But we have to wait, dot our I's and cross our T's and then followup on the hundreds of death threats they are receiving every single day. And then when they are no longer afraid to move on this criminal, they'll indict him. maybe.

7. The opinion that a "sitting president cannot be indicted" must be eliminated, why someone's

cowardice opinion has so much weight is very hard to understand.

By allowing that silly opinion to stand a sitting president CAN kill someone in daylight and not be indicted. In whose mind can it be processed that a criminal cannot be indicted and prosecuted because of his/her job title? It doesn't make sense..."You cannot indict a sitting president, even if he/she committed a heinous crime, because it would interrupt his/her job to preside over the country." Now, who the hell wants a criminal to continue "presiding" over a country, can anything good come out of it?

It also defeats the "rule of law" and the "no one is above the law". Well, with that opinion the president IS above the law.

This is all so screwed up, our leaders in the Democratic party are a bunch of wimps, and then the "leaders" of the republican party are a bunch of crooks. It is synonymous of having the fox guard the chickens, it really is. This is so frustrating, so infuriating and will only lead to Democrats staying at home during the next elections, not voting and allowing the crooks to take power again.
