and the real problem is not brought up in media. Hardly ever.

The problem: Democracy is in a crisis of ENFORCEMENT.

Unenforced laws -- from SCOTUS right down to domestic court -- are no laws at all.
Without enforcement, Rule of Law dies in darkness.


If Congress doesn't actually INSERT ENFORCEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE wording -- the assigned agents of enforcement and timeline of enforcement -- into all laws, the war of attrition on democracy will continue. That war will be won by the longest standing entity in the courts that stays in the fight across human generations -- corporations.
