Haven't other people done serious time for "voter fraud" even if it was unintentional, those thought they were eligible to vote, but it turned out they weren't? And the cases that I remember were one man and one woman - who both happened to be black.

... district, a single working mother going to school.
All the black guy in Fla did was vote a day or two before he was eligible as an ex-felon.
