Trump doesn't own the hotel, he lease it from the government. He can't sell what is not his.

But TFG could go through it in a heartbeat. In Mary Trump's book, she tells of the time her grandfather sent his driver to buy $3 million in chips in an attempt to save one of his son's failing casinos. Not only did it make no difference, but Fred Trump had to pay a hefty fine to the Gaming Commission since he didn't have a license.
