That’s had it. A few distant relatives or acquaintances. The population of America is a bit less that 350 million, so roughly 1out of 7. Maybe it’s because I live in a blue area where people take it seriously and people I know follow guidelines.

My Dad's cousin died of Covid, one of my favorites. She'd just turned 88 and was fully vaxxed and no one can figure out how she got it. That side of my family are all lifelong Dems.

I know at least 3 people who have died and quite a number of people who have been sick and recovered.There may be more deaths but families are tight lipped like it is embarrassment to the family. It doesn’t help that local newspapers charge exorbitant fees for a death announcement.i remember when they used to be free.
