2. I researched this once but my memory isn't so good about it,

I don't believe the language regarding the Electoral College delegates is iron clad in all of the states. I do not believe the language, in all of the states, forces some states to award delegates based on who won the election.

The language regarding the Electoral College is full of loopholes and Democrats had better think long and hard about closing those loopholes.

Sadly we have members of the SC who believe that the power to set the rules for elections and for voting is an absolute state power.

I have been a big backer of getting S1 passed, and still am, but even if that happens, the SC may shoot it down. Liz Warren is right in pushing to add SC justices.
