Indicating a flaccid, soft, limp piece of flesh.

Afterall, TFG is 75. Potency to TFG is an all important description in his narrow world view. I kept saying for the past several years, TFG had a preoccupation with size in his use of surpurlatives that indicated huge, biggest, largest, etc., when talking about himself.
