Jan. 6 committee asks to speak with sitting congressman (CNN)

The House select committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot has asked Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) to voluntarily sit down for an interview -- the first known effort by the panel to talk to a lawmaker about helping former President Donald Trump in his efforts to undermine the election. CNN’s chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin weighs in.

why isn't the FBI knocking on Scott Perry's door? People you are aware that when Congress comes back from vacation it is an election year, Kornacki time.

Yeah I know, maybe the FBI is knocking on Perry's door or maybe they are not. There is evidence out there that Perry was deeply involved in the coup, was involved in breaking the law that Liz Cheney cited, obstructing the official proceedings of Congress. When will Garland act?

When will the wait and see crowd think about Occam's Razor?
