Michael Flynn Loses Lawsuit Against January 6th Committee The Day After Filing It - Farron Balanced
Just one day after Michael Flynn filed a lawsuit against the January 6th Committee to stop them from getting their hands on his communications, a judge tossed out the lawsuit. The judge said that Flynn didn't meet the criteria for an emergency intervention, and the case was tossed because of that.
