was to tell NY'ers to get vaccinated and "laser focus of taming COVID"..

Didn't the previous mayor try to do that? How is he going to get anti-vaxxers vaccinated? No details.

This virus keeps morphing and becoming more transmittable each time.

So, what was that about police brutality? He just moved on from that - no detailed plan.
