Related: About this forumConservatives Accidentally Drive Book Sales Soaring After Trying To Ban Books - Ring of Fire
Conservatives across the country have spent the past few months trying to get certain books banned from school libraries, and their efforts have now driven the sales of those books through the roof. The didn't mean to, but they've actually made reading seem cool by trying to make it taboo. The irony, of course, is that their attempts to stifle certain viewpoints has now resulted in them reaching people they otherwise wouldn't have gotten to. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.
