Why Did Hannity Text That He Was 'Very Worried' Ahead Of Jan. 6? - Rachel Maddow - MSNBC

Rachel Maddow reports on the January 6th Committee's letter to cable news host Sean Hannity requesting his cooperation in helping them understand text messages he sent to Trump White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows that discuss Donald Trump's state of mind and conflicts with White House lawyers, as well as one cryptic message sent the day before January 6th that Hannity was "very worried" about the next 48 hours. ... he was "very worried" that the plan might look too violent to the public. If screaming Trump-supporters killed someone in front of a CNN camera - even a liberal - many would turn on the MAGA movement. This threatened Hannity's considerable wealth and status. He wanted a less messy take-over for his friend and ally.

It was a worry also perhaps that it would fail, and there'd be too much blowback for the even the GOP to take on. And they would abandon his dear Fuerer.
But no worries there it turned out

Man would I love to see that damn nutcase inciter held to account.

I bet ol’ Sean’s buns are clenched pretty tight. He’s never circled the drain this close to total destruction.
