Watch the lady on the right behind him. She is looking at him critically. It is only toward the end that she even gives anything he says a slight nod.

At one point she sees him floundering and she looks to the guy to her right. He is behind DeSatan and we can't see him. I think she is trying to see if others are picking up on DeSatan's shaky voice and breathlessness.

Why is this woman not wearing a mask? Maybe it would be the kiss of death around DeSatan, but not wearing one could be, too.
