A LOT.
One problem I would see though is that TFG was already tried in Congress for the insurrection, and not convicted. Also, the right will lose their small minds, claiming its a partisan ploy.

And it obviously wouldn't just apply to TFG, but also to those in Congress (and state governors) who are up for reelection and culpable in the insurrection.
