7. I agree with Nancy. There is a deal to be had

that's good for the Democrats and the country. Legislating is hard, difficult work and only a few do it well. Nancy does it better than anybody. Biden is also an extremely skilled and accomplished legislator. And Manchin, whatever his flaws, also knows how to achieve his aims better than most of his colleagues.
