correctly? The two state crimes she mentioned have penalties of 5 years and 14 years respectively.

She has referred it to the feds as it involves 7 different states and an obvious conspiracy, but even if they did not prosecute, she still can and will.

Which is a 5 year offense under state law. But they're referring it to the feds since it involves seven states and appears to be a coordinated effort so they can evaluate federal charges. Sounds to me like it's a lose-lose proposition for the perpetrators (Republican party).
