Here in New York, we have a mask mandate to enter any business, not to mention that in NYC they have even stricter requirements, she was required to show proof of vaccination before she walked through that door! And she tested positive! WTF?? I know someone who was only exposed to someone who tested positive, tested negative herself, but she was still required to quarantine for 5 days - just last week! What about anyone else unfortunate enough to go to that restaurant that night?? Typhoid Mary, indeed...

I remember that my mother wore them back in the day. I once went shopping with my father to help him pick out a pant suit for my mother's birthday - and I lost my Dad in 1990...

At my last job in Irving they did modify the women's dress code to ban Capri pants. They are perfectly appropriate in some work environments, but they were viewed as unprofessional at an insurance corporation.

So my point was that they hardly updated Minnie Mouse. As for "capri pants," I really don't get them, they just look like your pants are too short. I can remember them called "clam diggers" and "pedal pushers" (my mother), guess they were developed to keep pant cuffs from getting wet from the incoming tide or getting caught in bicycle pedals...
