No, can’t do without food or power, but each and every one of us can cut our usage, and for god sakes stop buying “stuff.”

2. As I've said before in prior postings, that if we as consumers stop the consuming, prices will

drop to reflect the reduced demand, a simple demand drives supply. One thing people need to remember too, is that consumer demand has been sort of pent up, due to the COVID crisis and thus, some of this demand is stored up demand that is finally being released by
consumers unable to previously find their desired goods/services/etc., and now can, and thus, demand is greater. It's too bad that there are those taking advantage of the situation (bumping prices up).
