In a blunt, candid and scathing 8-page opinion, New York State Court Judge Arthur Engoron rejects Donald Trump, Don Jr. and Ivanka's objections to being subpoenaed by NY State Attorney General Leticia James to testify in a deposition as part of an investigating into civil fraud by the Trump Organization.

Since he thinks he's smarter than everyone, he'll keep the pedal to the metal even though he's heading for a brick wall. He can't see the difficulty of his situation and he'll keep kicking and screaming.

As Glenn Kirschner said, Trump may have the right to remain silent we he's deposed, but he might not be able to remain silent. In fact, he's already confessed to so many of his crimes that it's quite unbelievable that he hasn't been indicted yet.
